A return may concern defective or non-defective goods, and an exchange is available under these conditions.
The application window ends 30 days after delivery. Returned merchandise must be new and unused, in original condition, and complete with packaging, tags, accessories, and all included pieces.
Authorized goods are sent back by mail with the free return label included in the package, and customers pay no restocking fee. Requests can arise from a changed mind, preference, or wrong item as well as damage, defect, incorrect delivery, incomplete contents, or a substantial description discrepancy.
Never send an unauthorized return. Request approval with the order number, checkout email, and description, plus photos or video of goods and packaging for damage, defect, incorrect fulfillment, or missing items. A suitable replacement requires inventory. Within 10 days of approval, the refund is processed back through the original payment method.
