The payment provider can approve, review, refuse, or verify a transaction. Customers are responsible for accurate billing details, and risky, incomplete, or unverified payments may not proceed.
Complete card numbers are not stored by this website. Issuers and processors usually handle failure, decline, dispute, chargeback, pending authorization, and exchange-rate matters. An approved refund ordinarily returns by the original payment channel.
